APPLICATION DEADLINES Winter semester: 15 June Summer semester: 15 November
We strongly advise students to submit their complete Erasmus+ application as early as possible and not to wait until the application deadline.
Selecting Courses
Students must choose subjects in our application form.
Before selecting courses, students must review our course catalogue, which is organised by faculties.
Students must ensure that they select only courses that are offered in their semester of study.
When choosing courses, please make sure they align with your field of study.
Students who cannot find suitable courses within their degree may also select courses from other degree programmes. To view courses from other degrees, you must change the degree when selecting courses.
In addition to the faculty selected for their studies at the University of Maribor, students may choose courses from one additional faculty. However, the majority of selected courses must be from the faculty at which the student will be enrolled.
Students must pay close attention to the notes and additional requirements specified for individual courses, as some courses require additional prior knowledge or skills. Students are responsible for demonstrating that they meet the required knowledge set by the faculty for admission to a particular course. If you select a course for which additional supporting documents or materials are required, you must submit them together with your application.
Please note that some faculties are not located in Maribor. Therefore, students are required to pay special attention when selecting elective courses offered by faculties that are not located in Maribor:
Faculty of Logistics – Celje
Faculty of Tourism – Brežice
Faculty of Energy Technology – Krško
Faculty of Criminal Justice and Security – Ljubljana
NON APPROVAL OF SUBJECTS
If a student’s courses are not approved, the student will be asked to modify their selection. We kindly ask students to regularly check their email for such notifications.
If a student is unable to finalize their course selection after multiple attempts or fails to respond, we reserve the right to reject their application for studies.
