Application for Erasmus+ traineeship at Faculty of the Health Sciences and the Faculty of Medicine
Application for study year 2024/2025 is open!
APPLICATION DEADLINES: Students should arrange all the neccessary documentation at least one month before the start of the traineeship.
Please proceed in line with the following steps:
Students who will be assigned at the Faculty of Health Science or Medicine have a chance to do Erasmus+ Traineeship. First, you have to register at: https://studentexchange.um.si/ADPrijava.aspx. You start the registration procedure in the window on the right.
In the application you have to select Erasmus+ student Traineeship.
You fill out Learning agreement for Traineeships from home institution. It must be signed by a responsible person at your home institution.
A list of faculty coordinators can be found at the following website: https://www.erasmusplus.um.si/koordinatorji/
Request a Transcript of Records and Certificate of Vaccination from your home university. The transcript can be in any form, but it must be in English, and it must be signed and stamped by the responsible person at your home faculty.
We require an English knowledge certificate; you need to achieve a minimum of B1 in line with CEFR.
We accept a certificate that states your English language knowledge level, signed and stamped by an English teacher from your home institution.
We also accept any English language certificate you might have.
The University of Maribor staff reserves the right to check your English knowledge. In case your knowledge of English is questionable and you are not able to follow the study process, we can terminate your Erasmus exchange in Maribor.
Complete the form CLAIM-FOR-ESTABLISHING-UNIQUE-PERSONAL-NUMBER-–-EMSO-NUMBER
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO FILL OUT ALL THE REQUIRED FIELDS CORRECTLY!
Send the fully completed Learning agreement for Traineeships with all the other requested documents (all together they are 6) to responsible faculty coordinator at the University of Maribor:

The Learning Agreement for Traineeships must be signed and stamped by you and your home institution. After we receive confirmed Learning Agreement from you, our faculty coordinators will check the subjects and infrom you about the acceptance.
OLA
Students who are coming on Erasmus+ Traineeship should not fill out Online Learning Agreement. Online Learning Agreement is used only for Erasmus+ studies!
List of all required documents:
- Learning Agreement for Traineeship with selected courses (Learning Agreement) that has been previously confirmed by your host faculty.
- Transcript of Records in English signed and stamped by your home institution.
- Certificate of your English language knowledge (it has to state a minimum of B1 level in line with CEFR, OLS is not valid)
- CLAIM FOR ESTABLISHING THE UNIQUE PERSONAL NUMBER – EMŠO NUMBER (in WORD format)
- Statement for giving consent to the University of Maribor to use my personal information in line with EU law on
data protection (GDPR) - Certificate of Vaccination
It must be sent by your home Erasmus coordinator or with your coordinator in copy to the email of responsible faculty coordinator at the University of Maribor:

All documents except CLAIM FOR ESTABLISHING THE UNIQUE PERSONAL NUMBER – EMŠO NUMBER (in WORD format) have to be in PDF format.
Your documents will be reviewed by the main International Relations Office and by the selected host faculty. If you are accepted for Erasmus Traineeship at the University of Maribor, we will send you an Acceptance Letter.
