Please note that currently, registration is only possible using a Google account. (Facebook and Microsoft soon)

When selecting courses, please pay attention to the subjects offered within your study field and your host faculty at the University of Maribor.
You may choose courses from up to two different faculties; however, the majority of your selected courses must be from your host faculty.
Note: Some faculties are not located in Maribor:
Faculty of Logistics – Celje
Faculty of Tourism – Brežice
Faculty of Energy Technology – Krško
Faculty of Criminal Justice and Security – Ljubljana
Please ensure that you select only courses available during your semester of study.
Online Learning Agreement
Complete the Online Learning Agreement on the following website: https://learning-agreement.eu/
Please note that the information in your Online Learning Agreement must be identical to the information provided in your application form.

Transcript of Records
You are required to submit a Transcript of Records issued by your home institution. This document provides an overview of your academic performance and must meet the following criteria:
It must be in PDF format.
It must be in English.
It must be officially signed and stamped by the responsible person at your home institution.
The Transcript of Records is an essential part of your application and should reflect the courses you have completed, including grades and credits earned.
Proof of English Language Proficiency
As part of your application, you are required to provide proof of English language proficiency. The minimum required level is B1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
We accept the following forms of certification:
A certificate issued by your home institution, clearly stating your level of English. It must be signed and stamped by an English language teacher or another responsible academic staff member.
Any official English language certificate (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS, Cambridge, etc.), except the OLS test.
Please note: Printed results from the Online Linguistic Support (OLS) test are not accepted as valid proof of English proficiency.
The University of Maribor reserves the right to assess your English language skills. If your proficiency is found to be insufficient and prevents you from successfully participating in the study process, your Erasmus exchange may be terminated.

CLAIM FOR ESTABLISHING UNIQUE PERSONAL NUMBER – EMŠO NUMBER
Important:
The form must be completed in Word format (.doc or .docx).
Make sure to fill in all required fields correctly and completely.
Incomplete or incorrectly filled forms may delay the processing of your application.
Students with Disabilities or Special Needs
If you require any adjustments or support during your studies at the University of Maribor, please let us know while completing the application form.
During the application process, under the section on personal data, you will have the option to indicate whether you have any special needs.
What matters most to us is that you clearly describe what kind of support or adjustment you require during your Erasmus+ exchange at the University of Maribor.
Students with disabilities must also submit one of the following at the time of application:
A medical certificate confirming the condition, or
A statement from the home university describing the nature of the special needs and the required support.
The University of Maribor is committed to providing appropriate support and will do everything possible to ensure that students with special needs have equal access and opportunities during their exchange.
Submitting Your Documents
Before sending any documents, please ensure that your entire application package is complete. All required documents must be prepared and ready at the time of submission.
