The 4th International Summer School “Organization, Management & Society” will be organised for international and local students to introduce the interdisciplinarity of organisational sciences, which is crucial for the successful management of organisations. The summer school will cover the following topics:

• Organisation and organising
• Human resources and education systems and the interplay with the green and digital transition
• Information systems and the interplay with the green and digital transition
• Digitisation and artificial intelligence
• Management

The programme will include:

• First online event (26 August 2024): opening remarks, presentation of the programme, presentation of the participants and introductory lecture.
• The physical event will take place from 2 September to 7 September 2024 in Kranj, Slovenia. It will include interactive workshops, lectures and a case study presentation in which students will participate in a competition. It will also include a visit to the workplace or a presentation of the workplace at the faculty, a tour of selected towns in Slovenia to network and visit important cultural and educational institutions.
• Second online event (13 September 2024): presentation of the collective conclusions of the case study to a panel of senior lecturers from the Faculty of Organisational Sciences of the UM and a representative of the working environment.
