Want to better understand how to take care of your mental health while studying and help others do the same? The BIP Mental Health and Well-Being During Study, organised by the University of Maribor Faculty of Health Sciences, offers a unique opportunity to explore one of the most important topics affecting students today.
This international summer programme brings together students from different backgrounds to discuss mental health challenges in academic life and develop practical strategies for maintaining well-being. Through interactive workshops, expert-led sessions, and group activities, participants will gain valuable insights into stress management, resilience, and healthy study-life balance.
The programme encourages open discussion, peer learning, and collaboration in an international environment, helping you build both personal and professional skills. You’ll not only deepen your understanding of mental health, but also connect with like-minded students and professionals from across Europe.
Join this inspiring experience, invest in your well-being, and become part of a supportive international community.
