Building Bridges Through Mobility: KA171 Staff Week Maribor 2026

It is our great pleasure to invite you to the Erasmus Staff Week, taking place from 19 to 23 May 2026 at the University of Maribor, Slovenia. This event is specially designed for our partner institutions from Partner Countries participating in the Erasmus+ KA171 programme. We warmly welcome you to join us in Maribor, the second-largest city in Slovenia, for a week dedicated to strengthening cooperation, fostering professional growth, and building meaningful international connections.

The University of Maribor has a long-standing tradition of international engagement and collaboration. Through this Staff Week, we aim to further deepen our partnerships by creating a space for exchanging knowledge, developing new ideas, and enhancing the quality and impact of mobility programmes. The programme is tailored to address key topics relevant to KA171 cooperation, combining strategic insights, hands‑on training, and opportunities for networking.

Throughout the five days, participants will engage in sessions focusing on the following core themes:

• Priorities of the Erasmus+ programme
• Effective Management of KA171 Projects and Good Practices
• Support for Mobility Participants: Visas, Accommodation, and Integration
• Digitalisation of Erasmus Processes

In addition to the programme, participants will also have the chance to enjoy a cultural programme showcasing the city of Maribor and Slovenian heritage. This informal part of the week will provide further opportunities for building networks, exchanging perspectives, and strengthening partnerships in a relaxed and inspiring setting.

If you are interested in joining us, please complete the registration form. Applications will be accepted until 15 March 2026. Please note that you may submit your registration only if your participation has been pre‑approved by your home institution’s International Office

You will be informed about the selection results in March 2026.

The final detailed programme will be shared with selected participants in April 2026.

Priority will be given to applications from staff working at International Offices.

We can accept a maximum of 2 participants per institution, depending on the availability of Erasmus+ KA171 grants.
