General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website

1. Basic Terms

The owner (hereinafter: Owner), administrator, and operator (hereinafter: Administrator) of the website and domain erasmusplus.um.si is the University of Maribor – International Relations Office, Slomškov trg 15, 2000 Maribor.

The website refers to every page under the address erasmusplus.um.si

The user of the website is any person who visits any page on the website erasmusplus.um.si (hereinafter: User).

2. Acceptance and validity of the general terms and conditions

The user is obliged to comply with these General Terms and Conditions (terms of use). By using the erasmusplus.um.si website, the user accepts these General Terms and Conditions and declares that they are familiar with them and agree to them.

The Terms of Use define the characteristics of the use of the erasmusplus.um.si website and are valid until revoked or until new ones are issued. The new Terms of Use are valid as soon as they are published on the erasmusplus.um.si website and replace the existing Terms of Use of the website.

All users of the erasmusplus.um.si website are required to respect and comply with the general terms of use or general terms and conditions of these websites and ICT solutions when using ICT solutions, and to comply with the information security policy of the University of Maribor – International Relations Office.

ERASMUSPLUS.UM.SI provides access to the website 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, except in the case of short technical interruptions. In the event of longer planned interruptions due to major technical interventions, a notice of disruption will be published at least three days before the start of the work.

4. Price of services

All basic services of the erasmusplus.um.si website are free of charge for users.

5. The University of Maribor is not responsible for:

• Any malfunction or loss of data resulting from software or hardware errors of ERASMUS PLUS – UM
• Any damage to software or computer equipment used by visitors to the website erasmusplus.um.si
• Poor performance or non-functioning of the erasmusplus.um.si website due to disruptions or malfunctions of the Internet
• Disruptions in the functioning of the erasmusplus.um.si website resulting from force majeure
• Harmful consequences of using the content of the um.si website, its correctness, accuracy, completeness, or timeliness; the information on erasmusplus.um.si is for informational purposes only

6. Intellectual property rights

All materials (website content, documents, logos, texts, images, etc.) on the website are subject to copyright and other forms of intellectual property protection.

It is prohibited to sell, reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any part or the entirety of the erasmusplus.um.si website.

All materials (documents, guidelines, instructions, manuals, etc.) on the website erasmusplus.um.si, which were created during the implementation of the public call, are accessible to all users of the website.

The local and competent court shall have jurisdiction over the resolution of disputes.
